Fall is coming

Last days of august mornings has a smell that fall is coming .I love fall even tho I enjoy summer very much fall makes me feel cozy. I like to have a nice cup of tea and having a candle light in the fog-ish morning .Pulling out a freshly baked goods feels good too :) This feelings were my inspiration for this painting :

I think all parents know what's the business with wet towel and kids :) Well this is my way to deal wit it ..They where so happy to see their names they are actually putting it back to the hook more often than before. It is more obvious in the use too who's towel is , making sure everybody uses their own ..  :)

Hedgehog card and birthday

Hedgehog in this household is a very common thing :) My little one loves it just as much as I do . I made this watercolor-paint about this hedgehog for his birthday and then it ended up on Etsy as a card  .. :)

Inspirations..

I get inspirations from forest , leaf , mushroom or simply seeing a vibrant color :) To me being disconnected from the internet  spending time outside with my boys is the most I can get ideas and creative mood . Walking to a favorite local ( like to see and touch what I buy) little Scandinavian gift shop is an extra mood-buster :) Here is my "real" pin-board and it is keep changing a lot during the day ...

Painting in the forest :)

Having two sweet boy is a fantastic source of inspiration :) 

I made two picture today one was inspired by how my boys are coming when I calling them to have lunch :) the other one is ( I can hear some of you are screaming now) inspired by waiting for the fall and winter :) 

Cardboard oven

I love to cook and bake! I cook and bake a lot ! :)

 From that very reason my boys has a soft spot for cooking and baking ....from play dough of chores :) My older one was specially crazy about the oven that he saw in the store with a light (and a zillion dollar price tag  on it).So the next project was the oven.  

You will need a box ,piece of foil ,flashlight ,rubber-bend , black paint and glue.
